We have access to a number of tools designed to keep your distributors interested and participating in your opportunity. In particular, we can assist you in creating a world-class "Distributor Kit"... the content of your "Distributor Kit" is a critical part of your company.

Your Distributor Kit isn't just the rules and regulations, policies and procedures... more importantly it is your Showcase. A professional looking Distributor Kit is as important as a professional looking website because your distributors may never get the opportunity to meet you in person or even visit the home office. Their perception of the company can only be drawn from your printed materials and web presence, therefore you must make your Distributor Kit your #1 priority.

Your Custom Professional Distributor Kit

Three Distributor Kit options are offered: Basic, Professional and Premium. Each of these options includes a FREE one year, Cobranded, TrainerWare.com license for your company Compensation Plan, Certification Course and we empower you to create an unlimited amount of Certification Courses yourself (*The Compensation Plan course access is 100% FREE, we revenue share all fees on optional, additional courses that you may create).

Once your new professional Distributor Kit is created and delivered to you, you’ll receive all of the collateral materials used in their creation (you license the inexpensive graphics we use) and then you may select your own printer to produce your Distributor Kits, best of all there is NO royalty or commissions to be paid to us, now or in the future! (Note: we have printers available that will print and fulfill your distributor kits on an individual basis for around$8 to $12, depending on Kit contents).

Each Distributor Kit is delivered as follows: A complete camera ready version ready to take to your printer, one actual completed (real) Distributor Kit, one cobranded TrainerWare website ($2,500 value) showing your name and company logo and one TrainerWare Compensation Plan certification course (up to 30 pages), to allow your Distributors to access and train online and learn your unique Compensation Plan globally and “get certified” (see: www.trainerware.com). In addition we will waive 100% of the User Fees and allow unlimited FREE access to your compensation plan course to an unlimited amount of distributors for a full year!

Basic = the Basic Distributor Kit is intended to be an instant setup, turn key solution… the client’s name, address, etc. is entered into a form and that information is mail merged into a number of stock items and business forms. Plus, two hours of personal phone consulting with Peter Spary to discuss

Professional = the Professional Distributor Kit includes all elements of the Basic Distributor Kit as well as items that will require an estimated additional 80 hours of labor to customize elements to your company.

Premium = the Premium Distributor Kit is for companies that want a truly deluxe Distributor Kit. It will include all elements of the Basic and Professional Kits as well as items that will require an estimated 160 hours of labor to customize elements to the purchasing company.

Definitions & Options

Terms & Conditions = these are the legal Terms & Conditions required when new distributors enroll into the company, they are used as a paper “Distributor Application” and repeated as a web page for electronic sign-up; provided to you as a PDF and as an Adobe InDesign file.

Policies & Procedures = these are the Policies & Procedures that govern the rules associated with being a member of the company. Usually about 15 pages addressing the rules you put in place for conduct and procedures for your distributors; provided to the company as a PDF and as an Adobe InDesign file.

Truth in Selling TrainerWare Presentation = this is a training course that reviews what distributors can and cannot say about the company, products, etc.

Successful Selling TrainerWare Presentation = this is a training course that reviews successful selling techniques for distributors.

Pre-paid Scratch-off Cards = this is a card that will provide a prospective enrollee with a plastic card and code that they can use in lieu of payment to join the company. I.e. a prospect purchases a kit from an existing distributor. The prospect can visit the company’s website and use the card as payment for the enrollment online.

TrainerWare Presentation on Product/Service = this will be a TrainerWare presentation on the merits of your company’s products and/or services.

TrainerWare Presentation on Compensation Plan = this will be a TrainerWare presentation on the operation of the company’s compensation plan.

Private Labeled Distributor Training Manual Book = this will be a camera ready, royalty free, copy of The Distributor Training Manual book, private labeled to your company.

Packaging Design = this will include the design of packaging for the company’s product.

Merchant Account Application = your merchant account application for a "High Risk" merchant account. Distributors could use the merchant account for retailing products and service; all distributor purchases/sales will be routed through the software and the company’s merchant account.

***Note: All business forms, websites and materials are provided in a format that may be sent to your attorney for review and acceptance. One round of edits are included in the price or you may make them yourself to the provided CD-Disk using Adobe InDesign CS5+.
